Cow Smuggling under Bags of Rice

Some butchers started new techniques for smuggling illegally cows under the bages of Rice. They showed that they were carrying bags of rice for selling. But we opened this scam and after opening this truck, we find poor and needy cows which were helpless because these cows were binding with big ropes. We opened ropes and send cows in Gaushala Purana Rajpura and informed Sadar Rajpura policestation for filling the case against them.
